Experience in working on JCB equipment within the construction and plant hire markets would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Account Supervisor, the successful candidates will need to carry out repairs ranging from servicing, safety inspections, breakdowns and quoting for repairs on JCB and other manufacturers machines.

Helping to develop our Parts and Attachment business as well as providing first class customer support, the role requires someone with drive, enthusiasm and willingness to learn all aspects of the parts operation. Working directly with customers and our own service team, on the job and factory based training will be provided. You will need to possess good communication and IT skills and be capable of delivering the best customer support in the industry. A clean driving licence is essential.
